Position: Regional Head Institutional Sales Central
Location: Lahore – Central
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITES
- Design, execute and cascade the strategic business plan with the team that expands region’s customer base and AUM; and ensure its strong presence
- business Build relationship with Corporates and High Net-worth Individuals to generate
- Manage and monitor all sales activities in the region in coordination with Sales Head
- Develop and direct sales team and lead them towards achieving maximum profitability and growth
- Achieve Sales Target for the region and branches designated by the management
- Explore & identify emerging markets and business opportunities, while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Provide necessary stimulus, encouragement and guidance to the team; and enable them to improve on their sales performance, and sharpen their skills to achieve assigned targets
- Ensure the delivery of prompt, efficient and personalized service to clients in close coordination with internal departments
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work well with a variety of people at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to close business
- Thorough understanding of the financial markets and investment market
- Outstanding contacts in corporate sector to develop business
- Excellent business planning, forecasting, monitoring and analysis skills
QUALIFICATION
- Master’s Degree in business administration from a reputable institution
EXPERIENCE
- Will have an overall of 12-15 years of regional institutional sales experience – will have a proven track record of growing AUM and leading a team
